Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Ms. Hung started piano lessons at the age of six. She attended musical school when she was nine, and have been studied in music ever since. She passed the highest level piano exam of the Associate Board of the Royal Schools of Music when she was eleven. At age fourteen, she studied with Prof. Wambach in Duisburg, Germany.

Major in piano, Ms. Hung studied with Professor Lina Yeh at the National Taiwan Normal University, where she received her bachelor's and Master’s Degrees, and gave solo piano recitals in 2002 and 2007. Due to the love of contemporary music and the challenge of interpreting them, Ms. Hung holds a minor in composition and has premiered pieces (both solo and collaborative) by contemporary Taiwanese composers. Ms. Hung has been the accompanist of Joy Choir, Supreme Administrative Court Choir in Taipei, and Taipei YMCA Oratorio Choir. She is a certified high school music instructor and currently teaches piano at various studios in Taipei.

洪巧如，台北市人，先後畢業於古亭國小、仁愛國中、師大附中等學校之音樂班，1999年保送甄試進入師大音樂系，畢業後至師大附中實習。2004年考取師範大學音樂系鋼琴演奏組碩士班，並於2007年畢業。主修鋼琴，曾師事黃麗瑛老師、陳莉琳老師、林玉淳老師、及葉綠娜老師。

六歲時在賴幸玉老師的啟蒙下，開始學習鋼琴。1992年通過英國皇家音樂學院鋼琴八級檢定。1995年曾兩度赴德國Duisburg，隨Wambach教授學習鋼琴。於2002年、2007年舉辦鋼琴獨奏會。因喜愛接觸當代作品，為林思貝《鏡I》、《鏡II》、趙菁文《Calling Across Time》首演擔任鋼琴獨奏及伴奏。現為佳音英語合唱團、最高行政法院合唱團、及YMCA聖樂團之伴奏，於沛思音樂、愛樂芬音樂教室教授鋼琴，並經常擔任考試及音樂會伴奏。近期演出除合唱團年度音樂會外，另有MusiC²年度巡迴。
